Terms of Purchase and Delivery

TERMS OF PURCHASE & DELIVERY SANDBERG SWEDEN.
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases in our webshop at www.sandbergsweden.com.
We reserve the right to change and update our conditions continuously.
Last date of change can be found at the end of this document.

VAT AND SHIPPING
SWEDEN
For deliveries within Sweden prices are in SEK including 25% Swedish VAT.
We provide free shipping.

NORWAY
For deliveries to Norway prices are specified in NOK, including 25% Norwegian VAT.
We provide free standard shipping. Sandberg Sweden is VAT registered in Norway.

COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU
For deliveries to other countries within the EU prices are in EUR and includes each county’s statutory VAT rate. We provide free standard shipping.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
For deliveries to the rest of the world prices are in EUR and includes each county’s statutory VAT rate as well as customs duties. We provide free standard shipping.

PAYMENT
You can pay by Apple Pay, Swish, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Ideal and Klarna – Pay later or Pay over time.

SECURE PAYMENT
At payment you will be forwarded to Adyen payment services where you perform a secure payment.
No payment information is stored with Sandberg Sweden. We use Let’s Encrypt SSL to provide safe transfer of your card information.

DELIVERY
All jewellery is made by hand in our own workshop, therefore expect about 15-20 working days for production. If your jewellery is in our store, we can deliver immediately, call us on +46 8 679 90 20 or chat with us for information.

As soon as our workshop has received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email and when it is time for delivery, you will receive a delivery notification with information on the delivery method and tracking number.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE
All purchases on our website can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Your return must be at our disposal within two weeks after you receive approval from us.

Send an email to customerservice@sandbergsweden.com together with the number of your order confirmation. We will then give you instructions on how the return should take place. The same applies to changes. We are responsible for the return shipping. For a full refund, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal; The jewelry that is specially made to measure is not covered by the right of withdrawal, such as rings and bangles.

Reimbursement normally takes place within 14 days after we receive your return and via the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Products sold at a discounted price are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Rings and jewelry with engraving cannot be returned. Right of withdrawal / right of exchange applies on the condition that you redeem your item. Untriggered delivery is not covered by the right of withdrawal or exchange

CHANGE OF SIZE
However, you can change the size of your ring or bracelet once within 14 days of delivery. There is an additional cost for changing the size of solitaires, eternity rings and pavé rings as well as Nubo rings.

Contact customerservice@sandbergsweden.com for pricing information. Before returning, always notify customerservice@sandbergsweden.com and state the number of your order confirmation. We then give you instructions on how the return should take place and you pay nothing for the return shipping.

TWO YEAR WARRANTY
You have a two-year warranty on all products purchased online. The warranty covers production defects but does not apply to normal wear and tear that occurs with regular daily use.

If you have a complaint, email customerservice@sandbergsweden.com and include photos of the damage. We may ask you to send the item back so that our jewelers can make an assessment. If your complaint is approved, we will first try to fix the product. If that doesn’t work, we’ll replace it. Before repairing damage that is not covered by the warranty, you will always receive a cost proposal to approve.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
We offer after sales service on our Wedding & Engagement range so that your rings will always remain as they are when they are at their best. Our goldsmiths will then go through your ring and polish it so that it is like new.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product or packaging has visible damage, you must report this directly to the carrier.

COLOURS
Sandberg Sweden cannot guarantee that the colour reproduction in our webshop corresponds 100% to reality. Partly it is due to the fact that gemstones naturally vary in colour and partly it may be due to the colour reproduction in your browser.

MEASURE
Please note that measurements on our website are approximate.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where the item is clearly incorrectly priced.
