Ordering

Placing online-orders

To add an item that is available in different gold colours to your cart, please select your gold color first.

Then select your choice of stone, or stone size if available and finally your size.

Then click on “add to cart”.
To complete your order, click on “cart” at the top of the page to continue.

Gift Options & Greeting Cards

Once you are ready to check out, please select “delivery to another address” and fill in the details.

Upon request, we will be happy to enclose a Sandberg Sweden greetings card including a personal message.

Gifts delivered within the European Union will be sent without an invoice.

Due to customs regulations, gifts sent to non-European countries must include an invoice. The invoice and customs declarations will be directly adhered to the package.

Shipping

Orders within Sweden are shipped via registered post.

Orders to Norway and within the European Union are shipped via UPS, with Standard or Express- service.

All shipments that are sent by Sandbergsweden.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage cease to exist.

Orders within Sweden & Norway

No additional shipping cost.
Delivery time: 1-3 days

Orders within the European Union

An additional EUR 29 will be charged.
Delivery time: 1-3 days.

An overnight service with UPS is available within Europe at an additional EUR 15 will be charged.

Orders outside the European Union

An additional EUR 45 will be charged.
Delivery time: 2-3 days in most cases, but up to a week to Australia.

Track your UPS shipment status

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order (one to two hours after receiving the email) via the link provided.

Currencies

Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in SEK, NOK or Euro (EUR).

Payment with credit or debit card

During the checkout step “payment” – please select the option “Card”.

You will be forwarded to DIBS Payment services where you perform a secure payment. Sandbergsweden.com uses state-of-the-art server security software with SSL encryption which provides the safe transmission of your card details.

Payment with Visa or Mastercard

The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode

If your credit card is not registered with any of these programs, the payment can be made without further authentication. For more information about the credit card security systems, please see:

Payment with American Express

The system controls whether postal code and shipping address is identical to the address that has been provided to American Express as the billing address (Amex address verification system, abbrev. “AVS”).

Your shipment will not be delivered until the authentication was successful.

The following applies for all payments by credit card: any refund from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with.

Payment with PayPal

Please select “PayPal” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically.

If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.

Payment with Klarna

In Sweden and Norway you can pay via Klarna; Invoice, Part Payment and Klarna Account are available.

Please select “Klarna” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the Klarna site automatically. If you have an existing Klarna account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a Klarna account, you can register one and proceed with the payment.

Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered Klarna account.

Payment with Promotion Code

Simply go to “shopping cart” and enter your Promotion code in the designated field. If the order amount exceeds the amount from the promotion, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount.
